First of all, you need to explain the steps a little better for people who don't know what they're doing, there is no such thing as RUN>COMMAND, you have to type in cmd. Also, this doesn't work. Not for me at least.

It wont work, it just buffer the virtual address and not the real one..If you want to change your IP address initially change your mac address.

You can't change your MAC address. It can only be spoofed.
