Source - Retrieve the title of a site and add it plus the link to a ListView. & More

Some l33t coding you got there... Get back on Auxilium SWG... Anyways, nice share.
What do you use to record the gifs?
I see, thanks a lot sir. :D
Nice share btw.

Exactly, with making the match non-greedy and no reason to capture that title: (?<=\<title\>).*?(?=\</title\>)

Also, no need of using a loop:

siteTitle = regex.Match(siteSource).Value will work good which will return first matched value.
just use
Code
<title>(.*?)</title>
it will grab anything between those tags, gj btw
What does the <title> do exactly? I've never known that or like the <wordhere>
Is there a particular reason you are not using the WebClient.DownloadStringAsync Method (Uri) method? As for the regex since we are not wanting group values i would prefer to use a lookaround.

Really don't see any reason to over complicate things using custom delegates and invoking when the FrameWork can handle all this for us. Any way nice job :)
