Cookie stealing[Lil bit of help needed]

Well ive found a website / forum that can be used for XSS and i wanna try steal cookies but have no idea ive spent ages googling it to try find a guide but i cant seem to find 1 to say how i get the cookie?

any help ? no flames plz 🤝
