You don't decrypt them, you crack them.

i tried decryting that and no luck so yeah needs cracking

you cannot crack every hash(well actually you can it kinda depends on the pass list , the time you have)

If you wont learn how to do it by yourself , you will keep asking and it wouldnt help you up in the future.

I suggest you to break your head and to not stop until you figure it out.(crack it obviously)

Where did you get the hash from? If it's from a forum / CMS, it's most likely that it has a salt. If it has a salt, the salt must be provided before you can attempt to crack it or I really doubt you will get very far.
