A lot of money, I do feel for you and this is legit.
Only problem is the agreement was the end of October, which it isn't yet... so he still hasn't actually scammed you till that date.

This clearly looks like a clear scam to me still it seems weeks since this thread was opened with no result of action
So even if a scam is valid and proved and staff is contacted, they wont bother to ban him/them or take action ?
I find it funny how he takes your money and then he talks about how he is paying people back 50$ each, yet he doesn't talk about your money because he thinks he has the right to keep your money because you "screwed his PayPal and eBay".
He owes me $50 because one of the people chargedback.

I do indeed have a good going Ebay partnership right now, and I have for the past 3 months. I have had well over 15 different partners and haven't had ANY problems. I do owe 2 people from my partnership about $50 but they both will be paid within a week.
Can you explain how did he screw your PayPal and eBay when his friend added you after you ignored his Skype messages, so you was still running your partnership, is that right? 😕 Actually, your PayPal was fine when you started chatting with his friend, but YOU still ignored him. You refused to reply to his PMs and Skype messages and you also changed your Skype Nickname, which makes the whole situation very suspicious.

Looks like a legit scam report, quite a weak excuse of Candyshop to say ''we both got screwed''.
