So I applied about a couple days ago, do I still get it?

As of now all new upgrades to ub3r will no longer include an HF email forward.

You should be perfectly fine. I am assuming that this is for people who applied within the past 24 hours.

No. It only applies to you if you have a hackforums email : @hackforums.net

What about members who were Ub3r before this thread. Are they able to signup or is it just no Ub3rs at all anymore?

If I understood it right, from his twitter and this post, there are no ub3r emails created anymore. Exept from the ones requested before the new rule came in.
