Turn PC into PS2 or Dreamcast?

Would it be possible to turn an old PC into a straight, turn on and see ps2 or dreamcast load up screen, emulator? My idea is to be able to put an original game disk in and turn on the pc and the game loads like i was playing an actual ps2 or dreamcast console? I'm not sure but i was wondering if it'd be possible to wipe the pc's hard drive and copy the DC/PS2's hard drive onto it? Thanks for the help and if it's possible, i'll be selling these systems asap!
What would the point be in buying a computer that operates like a PS2 but probably a lot more expensive when they can just buy a normal PS2?
better graphics outputs (tv and monitor) no region protection and able to read burnt games as well as having unused computers around
How much do you think you'd sell for?
You need to keep in mind that if you were to sell these you'd need to buy a shit load of old computers + all your other equipment that you would need to make the transformation WHILE making a profit..
Is better graphics & reading burnt games really going to be worth it?
I already have alot of old computers and deciding how much i'd sell for and whether it'd be worth it depends on what would need to be done. I think i'd probably sell them for about £100 (gbp for conversion). I'd personally like a reliable and flexible ps2 or dreamcast, meaning better graphics, the ability to read copied as well as original games. extra memory space and if i was lucky better internet connection. I'd pay much more than the price of a ps2 or dreamcast.
I'm more experimenting to make a system for myself and if others would like one, i would sell them but i need to know what would be necessary?
I used to have a very good site for emulators but i lost it =/
