Haven't really looked at the game but if I've built aimbots for flash games in the past on the basis of colour so you can do something similar if you program a FindColor and FindBitmap function (if you're experienced with Scar scripting then you know what I mean).
In retrospect you can make a C# program that finds the particular colour of your target or bitmap if needed and then you need to simply tell the program to hover the mouse on those co-ordinates via the SetCursor API or mouse_event.
You can find great sample functions via google.

hmm it can be more fast and easy with winhttp/winsock but i beleive that if you dont know fetching inputs of webcodes into webbrowser,your coding skills are not complete.
