Holy fuck! I just purchased this and it's an awesome eBook!
The author explains in detail how to do each step and let me say one thing, this is an extremely unique method I myself would never have thought of. About to get $120 back with this and I'm pretty much guaranteed to win it. Thank you so much! Best $20 I've spent on the internet.

I'm really impressed with this e-book, I bought it from EvanC and it took me 6 minutes of work to complete my chargeback! I asked a couple of questions regarding the e-book and he(EvanC) was very friendly and helpful. He is a really nice guy with some very high quality e-books! The e-book contains a lot of useful information to help you win the majority of non-receipt/not as described type claims with some neat tricks but it's not exactly 100% accurate. PayPal seller and buyer protections do NOT cover intangible goods in any way regardless of the information that you provide them. PayPal will usually side with the buyer on these claims unless the seller can provide a lot of information to prove the buyer was aware that the product was a virtual/intangible good and that the buyer did in fact receive it (usually chat/email logs are enough although calling PayPal and telling them that you have delivered the service as promised can do the trick too). Unauthorized disputes are basically untouched in the e-book and also where the majority of the problems with disputes arise.

I'll give this e-book a 7 out of 10.
