The videos are extremely irrevelant. It's absolutely normal that the crypter bypasses all those AV's at runtime, it's just starting. I'm just it's not even spreaded yet. That's false advertising in my opinion.

What do you mean by UAC bypass ? Workaround I suppose ? Public exploit ?

Is the botkiller can only kill usermode (Ring3) userkits ? Give us some example of bot/server killing.

Is the startup only hidden in the msconfig ?
