[Open Source] cRat | Using Dropbox | Free | No Portforwarding |

The word interesting has been used a lot in this thread. Interesting.
First: Really nice project.
I like it very much :)
You should add more features in future updates.

Here are some suggestions of improvment:

- The Screenshot should be bigger. I mean the image is very small.
- Add a save option for Screenshot. To save the Image locally.
- Kill explorer and kill process not working for me 😧
- Manage multiple users, appearing in a ListView
- Add Filemanager. Maybe difficult but would be the Overkill feature :)

I'm also working on a RAT which does not require portforwarding.
But it uses an FTP Server, not DropBox.
I really like your concept, maybe we can talk in Skype about some things :)
I hope you'll continue this awesome work and try to make it more stable!
Good luck! 🤝
Looks great, thanks for the share ! I will check it out :)
Not sure why you would want to use dropbox for hosting malware but... OK.
This looks pretty interesting :) interesting
@calvv
Could you fix the bugs in kill process and kill explorer?
And what functions do you think you can add in the next update?:)

Else further updates will be added to the link in the end of the thread :)

I don't really know what functions/features i'll be able to add but something that would be nice is;

- Webcam "snapshot" (don't know how to add this, but will try to find a source)
- Random mouse movement (know how to add this)
- Startprocess (know how to add this)

Something like that, but i don't know if i'll be able to add those functions @ the moment :/
Give me a tip what feature would be nice to see! and i am woundering to make a rat connecting to a webhost, so i can upload things from the acuall rat to the database so that i don't need to send for example pictures in Base64 Code :)

Sounds cool.
Thx for your quick reply.
For webcam, I may can help you. Look into Directshow.Net
It can read nearly all webcam drivers and is easy to use in .Net
For example if a person has multiple cams, you list all drivers.
Let's say there are three. Then you send the list to the Rat Control Center.
There we can select the driver.
Then after you've choosen one, it sends a Command back like:
Code
WebCamDrivers[1]
Then it makes a webcam shot with driver one.
This will prevent the Select Video Source Popup Window.
Then Send the snapshot back via gmail as base64.
I know, it's not easy, but if you can accomplish that, it will srsly become the Overkill Boss feature for a Dropbox RAT.
Good look.
By the way, how you think about a filemanager? :)
Nice share how about the stub output?
Is it UD?
Hey,
long time no talk, hows your RAT going.
Is it really finsihed? Why not adding some more features:) ?
It's a nice concept, but Tweety pointed out the biggest flaw in it all. Eventually I'll try to tinker with it to work with a different cloud system that won't ruin the concept.
Very interesting indeed, I'll check this out later when I'm on my PC.
Hello, thank you for sharing calvv your dropbox rat for Update.zip file is empty.

It's great project, I never seen a rat dropbox, you're missing on the right track, I congratulate you.

I by against a problem, I can not use the screenshot, I can not do the installation files or other.

Sincerely.

:)
