Find URL rewrite vulnerability

How can I find vulnerability in sites with URL rewrite?
Most of the scanners don't find it.
My friend's site is periodically hacked so I need to find how it is bypassed.

I think the last number is both times an id?^^ Or what do you mean?

As you see I ask for Vuln of sites that have URL rewrite enabled.
I wrote some like this :

I know how to fnd holes for sites with ... id=10 ... but whats the way if URL rewrite is enabled??
