Don't know if this a valid scam report or not, I didn't bother reading but I am going to sound like a total dick but you can always call your credit card company and tell them you didn't receive what you paid for and that the seller is not helping and then credit card company takes money away from PayPal + $20 from the seller. ($20 dollar fee from a charge back from a Credit Card Company.) So he will not only loose the $15 but he would loose $20 = $35. For not being clear on what you where buying when it was sold to you.

i should not have to ask for this information , and the strikes go towards videos that were on the account prior to me purchasing the account.

From what I read, MMK told you to delete all the videos. Anyways the deal was $15 for the YouTube account. Unless there is some picture stating that the YouTube must have "no strikes" then this is more like a un satisfied buyer. Not a scam report, but it may still be in the right section as this section is called "deal disputes" not "scam reports". It should be up to the seller whether or not for refund the buyer.

i never told him the followers where real or fake, i told him the account was given too me from someone else and i had no need for the account anymore . & that whole forum junk is cute but MMK just joined you're forum and u instantly made him moderator because he had insights of purchasing the forum from you for 100 bucks then when you said it had ddos protection and it didnt and he noticed you dropped the price too 80 , i can provide proof of all of this after i get home from work which will be within one hour too two hours feel free to ask me for the proof :)
