I always tell my customers to send via a mobile application, works most of the times for them.

I really appricate your effort and time it took you to write this , but in my opinion and experince those things won't fix this issue you mention above [at least for me and my friends] . However let's hear from other if it helped them or not ;]
Thx again anyway!

Damn, I wish I saw this when my PayPal wasn't limited -_- Would have solved so many issues!

Thanks for this!

This might come in handy. Although i have not encountered that kind of error as of yet, but who knows :P

Thanks

Did know most of the things already, but seriously: Thanks for making that thread!

Personally this happens to me only when I don't send from my home browser/IP. Sending from there this always fixes it for me.

Another fix is to try, wait 10 mins log out then try to send again. Works for me 100% of the time.

i just tell people to request money from me if im doing a transaction.

Yes. Sending payments through mobile applications seem to be the best way at the moment. I don't know what's up with paypal atm...

[Good Mood Dude]

[GeV0LT]

[UltraL33t]

may i ask whats mobile application means?

[Logarithmsz]

Thanks,

I have tried the first one, by sending through the paypal app on the IPHone,

which seemed to work.

I also heard that you can wait 48 hours without going on, and then it will send for sure

may i ask whats mobile application means?

if you have an IPad, IPhone, Ipod
