People who buy this are simply throwing out their money. I don't want to be disrespectful but thats not real SEO. Stuff like this worked 4 years ago, Google got smarter. The best you can get out of this is a google penalty.

It will take a maximum of 3 Weeks to complete any of the packages, but most of them are usually

Since the penguin update, Google looks at backlinks a lot more critically. They accept natural link building, but 400 backlinks in under a month, doesn't seem natural. Its pure shit, Google will notice.
