An automatic exchanger website will run you anywhere from 60-100k just throwing that out there.

I've tried to get into that market but if you are in the US forget about it.

And with an exchanger site I doubt you want to hire a one man person for that.
Most websites face the question of will we get hacked?
But with an exchanger site the question is WHEN will you be hacked.

So hiring a professional team with experience to work on your project and give you your own secluded server to host it on is the route to go.

There is a reason why Google and other tech companies are employing people from India and Central Europe because for same knowledge in US you would pay 50k but out there in other parts prices can be as low as 10 times so 5k the most.

Do not talk about economy I'm sure you are not familiar besides the us?
