The way you asked it looks like this is a tutorial on how to.
In future, when you want to ask something related to this put "How do you format a HD with DarkComet?"
Also, open up notepad, and put this into it:

Save the type as "All files" and make the file name, Do Nut Run.bat and execute it on the slave's PC.
