While normally I don't think buy-ins are a great idea, I don't care at all in this situation.
I'm totally in favor of you guys doing this and donating the money.
Way to be, guys.
I've sent a message. Looks like a great opportunity and a chance to make someone else's Christmas special.
I don't think you know how much I appreciate this cause. I was in their position before. I didn't have a thick coat to keep warm in the winter. I barely had gloves, a hat, boots, or even warm pants. Kudos. If I had the money, I would donate.
Thank you for doing this.

He said nothing about personal gain.

Great opportunity, I hope I am accepted! Thank you

Christmas is rapidly approaching and both THL iNiviz and the Infamous family have decided to reach out to charities for this festive holiday.
If you really think all people just want something for themselves then you need a reality check buddy. (Dec 18, 2013 02:31 AM)Juicy Jake Wrote: I agree with you sir.
Anyone who advertise they're taking money for charity purpose's and pockets all the money, is just messed up. I personally don't think that will happen, because iNiviz seems like a very generous person.
Ya'll need to breathe for a little bit, I think. The guy could easily have been legitimately inquiring because it does seem almost entirely too generous to be donating such an amount to charity. Sometimes it's hard to remember that there are people who like to help others.
Though, granted, he doesn't seem to have read the thread fully or carefully enough.
Can I donate straight to the charity? DO they have a list of recent donation like Prey For Paws to validate I did spend the money?

Jokes ;)
OT: Very nice/high quality group been around very long and you'd sure enjoy your stay there.
If it wasn't for me having to use my money on Christmas gift's i would probably do this. I respect the group and I'm glad to see what you're doing here, you have my respect. I'm a bit sad that this happened doing Christmas, where i need all my funds.
As much as I dislike this group, if I do donate, I would do it for the cause and not to have a Userbar. I will think about it, I normally donate at this time time of year.

I'll happily donate $100 directly to Matt and Carrot if they are accepted and don't have the money to pay for themselves.
Vinnie, you're quite amazing.
To those of you still deciding whether or not you are going to donate for the cause, you should consider the harsh winter this year. In Texas last month, my cousin had to buy her children winter coats because it was so cold.

In Michigan (where I reside), winter keeps getting worse and worse. Roads are slippery, there's plenty of families in poverty in and around Detroit, Flint, and Saginaw who cannot afford winter clothing.
Do the right thing.

I was going too, but Christmas gifts are robbing my funds this year.
Too bad that I do not meet the requirements.
I posted about PMing before but I didn't say much about charity. Being honest, in my lifetime I've never given more than £25 to charity. I've given a lot of items worth money that non-profit organisations have sold but never once just went online and hit a donate button for an amount greater than £25. It's a pretty nice opportunity to feel good about yourself.
I sent a PM to OP as well in case he reads it first.
Vinnie just makes me want to donate all of my money now.
