Why is E-Whoring in the "Beginner Hacking" section? What does hacking have to do with E-Whoring?

You could call Social Engineering a part of hacking too, like 'hacking' the human brain into paying us. (manipulating)

I don't really care though, i think it fits better in the 'Money' forum.
