It really isn't too bad. Someone mentioned learning to draw anatomy earlier. My suggestion for this (What I did) is to go to a local used book store and buy a book on it. One that has sketches like what you would think of in a health textbook (Skeletal/muscular/nervous/etc. systems) as well as skin and normal drawings. Just observing and trying to recreate what you see is incredibly helpful.

Some really good drawings there. I can't say much since I'm no better, but, I would say work on the size of the features on the body. I had trouble myself when I was drawing bodies and the many facial features. Good luck with future works!
