I have been investigating more into the legal side behind this method and it did not take too long to find out that actually there have been lawsuits opened for people who have done something the same, if not something very similar to this method.
I would really love to quote the article direct to here, however this contains vital information regarding this method and I do not want to exploit the method as it would be totally unfair on JT. I appreciate that he's trying to provide us all with a method of making money, I really do. However, it's not fair to not be filled in on all the facts if it could potentially arise legal issues.
I will quote this however as it shows very little relation to the method once the keywords have been blanked out. This basically summarizes the important part.
Quote:... Based on these facts, the 9th Circuit held that the user is only a licensee of **** *****, not an owner and hence the user could not resell the ***** on eBay without ******'s permission.
I know you think I'm probably trying to trash sales, but I'm really not. I can provide sources where necessary but it will give away the method so I will avoid it if I can. The method actually looks quite decent, I may be mistaken with the legal issues but from what I can make out it sure looks like it is what it is.
Those of you who already own this method and choose to now read up on the points stated above will probably see where I'm coming from.
All I will say is that I recommend you read up on copyright laws. I advise that this method is used at your own risk, I am still going to give it a go. Let's face it there is still little risk, so why wouldn't we at least try it for a bit!
I think it would be interesting to see what V3.0 has to show for itself.
