This crypter was working good before I formatted my HDD....the problem is the support, I sent 2 e-mail but no answer and I don't like to waste my money!!!

When you format, your HWID changed hence why it's locked, it's to prevent people sharing their licenses. PM me your Net Seal username and I'll reset it.
