Yeap, compe people will mostly flame you if you don't play in those type of games correctly. Casual will most probably be semi-serious(or filled with trolls, this depends on luck).

Try Deathmatch, it'll allow you to buy any weapons of the team, and you just kill enemies, good way to get familiar with the guns that way.

Custom servers like MG and JB will probably be fun for you.

And of course, 128tick community competitive servers that you can play in before you go into a MM Compe to get flamed.

first way, play offline with or without bots and learn map
Learn weapon recoil, and how nade works
play on deathmatch server and aim_map, when you think your good to go start with random ffa and go in competitive when you know how to play ;)
