How are you going to sell something with zero vouch copies? You have no proof? You could have made those PP things in some other way. I would advise finding someone trusted to review this before people start paying you. Also, the fact that you don't accept PP could mean that you are afraid of chargebacks.

My PayPal account got limited and I'm never going to use it PayPal again. I also will not use BTC or any other crypto currency due to the prices fluctuating and I need it to be steady. TheTech held every payment I got due to gift cards not sending to my account. He's witnessed all of the transactions.

Yes, but can you provide proof? I am very cautious when buying something. Also, the OP says this is whitehat, but his PP got limited?

My PayPal got limited because it wasn't verified and it received quite a lot of money.
As for proof do you want his emails or something?
