No, no, and no. Just because something is cheaper doesn't mean it's worse than something that's more expensive. Seamless transitions have been achieved and can easily be achieved through flash and manycam, with some simple editing skills.

As long as you have consent in written form, you're not going to be taken to court so if you know what you're doing, you'll be completely fine and able to release a quality product.

Actually that isn't always true an contractual digital signature aren't legally binding most of the time unless you have an notary present that can print, stamp & witness the contract. Lets get real here if a business is going the "cheap route" i'm certain they don't have money to spare on a notary & filing fees. 😏

I think you're mistaking what i'm saying, I wasn't saying "cheaper is worse" i was saying an cheaper product isn't always an legal product and many times its creators cut-corners. As a legally registered business if i'm taken to court tomorrow i can pull-out signed contracts from each and every model we've ever worked with.

The majority of people who are looking to purchase VCWs are looking to increase their profits, not lower them. By supplying lower priced VCWs, I can sell the quota/maximum and get the next one faster. I may not make much in profits but I am not in it solely for the profits, I am doing the community a service. To help the OP, your best bet is to find someone who has created past VCWs to create you one. There are many people who have the spare time to do it, and can do a quality job. Some will be proficient in Flash, some may be proficient in ManyCam, then you get those who are Omniscient; knowing everything.
