Hello guys. Like the title says im going to ask some questions.

I wanna start doing my own programs to hack or tools. Like i want like be able to build a open port checker.

And my questions are:

What languages do i will use to do that kind of tools?
Do I need to build gui? If yes how, and where.

I accept some tips to start this project. I'm not that kind a person who says that is a elite i just want to learn!

Yeah like hellacrow said visual basic is pretty good, for the GUI and simple hack tools.

And like this, if i code with C++ then can i insert it in that program above? Or i need to do everything in VB?
