hey there! thanks a tonne for having this open and being so willing to help, haha. my question could be very a very obvious one but... a question none the less:

i've just started e-whoring and only started taking money in 2 days ago. today, someone back charged me and i've gotten really paranoid about my IP/paypal etc as i haven't been using VPNs purely because i don't quite understand them. i've been told different things:
- do not use a vpn for paypal as different IPs make you look dodgy and attract more attention
- do use a vpn always for protection because paypal could then find all your other accounts, including main and ban you
etc etc

i just kind of wanted clarification of, really, what i should be doing and how.
