Hi guys, I'm looking for a good offshore hosting for my friend who want to open a streaming website.

What do I need:
At least 1GB webspace
~50GB bandwidth
1 DB mysql
Fast server and not oversold hardware!
Cpanel/Plesk hosting or a VPS without CP

My budget is about 5$/month BTC, and of course I need a domain with whois privacy.

What about Ixam Hosting?
Thanks in advance!

5 bucks a month? Are you serious? If you want quality you need to pay ofc you can buy something for cheap but it won't be HQ.

Give me the link of some good offshore providers and I'll evaluate them.
I don't know how much to spend on hosting. If it is necessary to pay more for a good service, it isn't a problem.
