I'm unable to update my avatar | Video included

Hey guys, I've been trying to update my avatar for a bit now, and have found Hackforums hates me... because whenever I go to update my avatar it merely goes to an older image I no longer have on my computer, just with the resolution of the image I'm trying to change to. I've done a video so people can see this image, sorry if my grammar is off, I'm writing this quickly, hopefully can get this resolved. I've attempted to clear my cache/ cookies, and still happens. I've completely deleted the image it keeps swapping to, so don't know what else I'm able to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cv2Mn1nG4UA&list=UUjZF1HfU6Xem036uR_Uxjkg Oh and encase anyone is curious, I'm quite aware my old email shows up on the video, I've swapped my email to a different more active one after I filmed this.

This sometimes happens to me as well. Just use a URL.
