You can, but it won't even look close to as good as in C4D.

Just export it from C4D as a jpeg then import it into Photoshop, it won't look bad at all. I don't know what you're doing that would make it pixelated.

I missworded myself I meant like photoshop makes it look flat still 3d but less of how it was when it was by its self.
