Everything said in here is completely and utterly wrong. If you're not from Canada, you'll most likely get limited and not be able to send money as they detect you're outside of Canada. They're insanely smart, this has happened to me although the account wasn't Canadian, it was American. Only I and my friend have a method to get around the ban.

As for why, they don't require a Credit Card to be linked to them in order to send money. An account from the United States, does.

VPNs won't work, I didn't say you're guaranteed to get limited, just the possibility is there and is 99.9% imminent, especially with large amounts of cash flow like I generate. I know a method which you'll never know to:

1) Get large cash flow ($900+ a week) and not get limited.
2) To use accounts in different countries and not get limited.
3) How to avoid limitation so my account lasts for a good 1-5 months before a limitation happens.
