I am thinking about designing a radio frequency smartphone app for Android and Apple smartphones, that is powered by Mobile Data Networks and WiFi, so users can verbally communicate and report to each other, the location and GPS Coordinates of highway police running radar.
The free version would just include the radio frequency to communicate with other drivers and the paid version would have a GPS Navigation system, like Waze, but would be ran by VERIFIED volunteer admins from CopBlock.org.
Strict security measures will be taken by the app's volunteer administration via tracing IP Addresses of users to ensure law enforcement personnel do not sabotage operations by reporting phony and bogus locations.
Revenue from the app will be donated to organizations dedicated to social equality.
Now that being said: I unfortunately have no experience designing mobile applications, but I'm in the process of researching the best programs to help make my idea come to life. Does anyone have any suggestions, questions, or constructive criticism?
