And NOT do the TAB Command, just input the character. Also this is using the unicode number, what you gave me and what I find online isnt the unicode. I've tried looking for all the functions of sendkeys but I can't seem to find anyway to input ALT Codes let alone sending something I don't have the unicode of. SendKeys.Send(HandleSendKeys(ChrW(9))) This functions the same way as SendKeys.Send("{TAB}") which is just using the Tab command, not actually sending the character like you would Paste it out of your clipboard. I simply want to Send the TAB character. The TAB key is a character, unicode 0009 press ALT + 0009 on numb pad to get TAB character. I want sendkeys to do this, but no matter how I try It executes TAB, not SENDS the TAB Character. Sorry but no I was already at this site earlier from the statements that asshole earlier made. I was just looking for the functions of Sendkeys. I'm really surprised Chrw(9) doesn't send the TAB character which is a blank space that is long, and it's useful for making ASCII art in text chats. Lol that makes no sense, you would have to use {Numbpad} for what you're saying lol.. thanks for the help though. SendMessage is not the same as SendKeys

First result on Google when I search "SendMessage" (Oct 26, 2014 07:22 AM)Cornflower Blue இڿڰۣ-ڰۣ— Wrote: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/...s.85).aspx Oh this is one of those things. For what I'm doing right now I was hoping to stick with sendkeys, but this might actually be useful for something totally different. Well you cant just stick to SendKeys, SendMessage isn't hard to use. There are no shortcuts in programming, either you understand that or stop coding |
