do you have any guide for how to use rat?? well to conenct to a p.c with rat you need to know the ip but how to learn them?? i hear therer is ways u send to the user via facebook (example) something like a programm and send u the ip adreess.. is there any guide how to use prorat?

OK so I have some problems with port forwarding. I used to be able to do easily with old router. I now have AT&T router make is Arris. model #NVG589. Can't seem to login using 198.168.1.254, youtube, portforward.com, Google.
I have stub created. I have no ip. I want to forward port before I even look into vpn. Thanks

Update: I logged in assigned port 1604.
Is it OK to use iP of my laptop or will I need ip of phone I will infect. (Which I do have ). Or does it not matter being that I will change later.
