Just be more cautious from now on, best to follow some basic standards. I know that feeling and you just have to learn from it and move on.
It's not that there are not usually consequences. Omni reasons (based on the posts I've seen on the topic) that if he bans each and every scammer they will just multi and do it again. If they have the same account people know to be weary. I personally disagree with his reasoning but that's irrelevant. And I agree in you saying that he's lucky Factor8 responded on this thread.

Why no homo lol. Anyways the community on this site is excellent when it comes to deal disputes. They are often helpful and are excellent at resolving them. I regret getting banned and have attempted to speak to omni to get back on site like mapl3 and the Don killuminti but haven't succeeded. Oh well.
In regards to the report: saw his community warning on f k, he's an idiot. He's a huge scammer and ban evader on this site. His past uber scammed over 1k before being banned, I tried reporting hin as a multi to staff via contact form but nothing happened. Rip. This report is incredibly legit. If you are having difficulty pulling back the gmail send me a pm if I'm not banned yet with an offsite contact and I'll help. If not, post in marketplace discussions and ask for help. I guarantee you will receive assistance. Good luck getting it back. And in regards to your f k report, the admin there is an absolute idiot and if dark isn't banned I wouldn't be surprised.
