This is extremely unfortunate to hear about. I was on the verge of being accepted into the group as well as working with tidbit on growing his own forum.

Very sad, the phoenix lounge was always super active and there was always something to read in there. Sad to see it go as it was the first group I was accepted into, and I really enjoyed the time in there.

Hopefully the support boards are able to continue in spite of this.
I am interested in what would happen if the highest bid didn't exceed, say, $3k, considering groups are worth probably 2x that amount.

Surprised Tibit is offering refunds, a lot of people would've just left HF and took the money with them after a RF.
