How do you manage your time when learning a programming lanuge

I know programming is hard to master because of its complexity, but how do you manage your own time.

Like watching TV shows on the internet and playing your online games, using social networking sites, reading the news and etc. in a single day (24 hours) and how did you sum up all the learning's?

If you wanna be a good coder you have to the following:

- Give up your social life (if ever had one)
- Give up dreams about getting a girlfriend
- Give up on sixpack and big mucsles
- Be fat or very skinny

Then you are ready.

God bless son, god bless.

I'm not the best, and I am try to enroll in a tech/trade High School for freshmen year next year 🤗 ... So I guess I would have better management time.

On Friday - Sunday
  • Wake up, brush, eat a banana, jog/workout, comeback for shower, then eat breakfast

  • Study for next week test

  • Code or read up on some programing-- do this for 1.5hrs-3.5hrs

  • Workout/sports-- just go outside

  • Come home , study for 3 hrs

  • Code/learn code for 2hrs

  • Read, watch tv, go on devices, or stay codding until I sleep.

My week days are like that but they involve more studying and code learning. I can still socialize considering we have things like code club, free study hall, after school sports and events, etc.

Currently I am trying to learn Python, Javascript, PHP, and J.Query. I feel more comfortable with Python and PHP and somewhat J.Query. 🤮
My day would be something like this.

Roll a phat one.
Choose a really hard program to make in a new language.
Completely ignore all coding rules and dive right in.
Roll a phat one.
Watch youtube videos on the subject.
Roll a phat one.
Start coding.
Roll a phat one.
Balls up said coding.
Roll a phat one.
Repeat for about a month and give up
If your code doesn't work, try to rest for a couple of hours and when you wake up you will think of another way to fix the error
