User needs to wait for his order to be complete due to the accusations that im scamming him, due to the fact that my other orders are on hold while this one is complete.

He can wait as so do i for a reply which has been delayed which involves his order, around 60% of his money was put into the actual order. Therefore Im not refunding it but going to prove im legitimate by finshin it.

You charged back on my PayPal, therefore I'm having to shift the account after finally finishing it to get the funds to put back onto my account to refund you through.

Me too I think, though it was an "offsite" transaction because I don't have enough posts to send him a pm, so dealt with it all from skype. Sent him $20. Same thing, running late so offered me a free game. I said ok, now nothing, Ignoring me on Skype :(

I'm attempting to open services to refund users who I've left down through my services backfiring on me. But doesn't help with my background on previous username, sounds sketchy as fk but whatever.

And It was intentionally, I had everything sorted and going fine till last minute a request was declined.
Before you say why didnt you refund him, it was because of the fact I invested into the order to get it complete which I had been waiting for a reply on most of this time either way.
