It happened to me 5 mins after i installed njRat. My concern was genuine. I created the alert coz I don't want others to suffer just in case the link is infected. As simple as that.
Yeah MRT's will fix it no worrys. But logs can take a while to analyze if you have alot of shit installed on your pc. I rebooted every 3 months to avoid any chance of having a virus sitting and waiting to attack.
Unlucky op. I hate rebooting than 2 days later infected. It takes me that long too get everything setup again.

Virus total does nothing... make a clean version. Pump it too the size of the infected file. And you'll make it look like its a clean file.
Well, it MyEssectScan detects a "MSIL/Bladabindi.AN trojan". So either its just your version or he has alot of friends to try and cover it up.
I Think OP needs help with checking his system in the case that this has happened and he is infected.
