On-topic: If I had a webcam I'd show you how to actually bunny hop, it's pretty easy but the videos describing it are a bit hard to watch.

bind mwheelup +jump
bind mwheeldown +jump

Scroll, move A/D along with your mouse (ie; If hitting A, move mouse to left then to middle. Then hit D and move mouse to right then middle).

I personally just use mwheeldown.

I think you still need to bind mouse3 to jump.
