I noticed your laptop has two GPUs an Intel and an Nvidia.

Which one of them are you using, when playing the game?

In addition, I believe that i3 CPU is what is causing the bottleneck in the system.

I changed to nvidia graphic card while playing game But now I uninstalled the nvidia graphic card drivers and game was running without lag but after the installation of graphic card drivers it again giving up-down fps.

Should I replace i3?

Its really not worth it. Buy a new laptop with an i5 or i7 chip.

Is there any way out ? because I just saw this video , this person using same laptop to play gta 5

Have you tried playing the game with minimum settings?

Yes I tried with minimal setting , it just up-down fps.

According to those screen shots, I don't see any reference to Nvidia.

I just used this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGEN7JriJ2M
Hwinfo + rtss

and find out , my core #1 is at 72% , #2 core is at 72%, #3 core is at 47 and #4 core is at 51%
while gpu is only at 3.5% something.

According to this screen shot (http://postimg.org/image/4daf76am9), it doesn't look like your laptop is using the Nvidia graphics card. It could explain, why your game is lagging.
