Hi HF! I'm new here and new to e-whoring. I was on my e-whoring Facebook profile and this guy from Egypt added me and was very flirty and whatnot (y'all know how these guys are) and he started describing Cairo to me and I started expressing how badly I would love to go and about 10 minutes later he said he could PAY for my flight!
I think things are going pretty smooth with him right now, but what should I say? Has anyone ever had luck with this kind of scam? I would like to hear if anyone has any similar experiences and how they went.

Don't give up because the guy above me says so, just test the waters and wait to see what happens. It isn't very uncommon for someone to actually go through with the payment. He's probably fucking around more than likely though.

lol im amazing at ewhoring but whatever you say man i didnt say that he should give up on that guy but first of all hes egyptian second of all im 99% sure that he wont pay for shit
OP ask him if hes going to pay for the ticket or give you money to pay for the ticket yourself

I'm gonna try and ask him to send me the money and if he says why then I'm going to try to say its because my dad is going to help pay for some of it. Does that sound good or is it obvious?

Too late for that one. I told him I would tell my dad as soon as he got home from work. Maybe I should look for a more expensive airline? And just cut the price on that, saying, "My dad will pay for XXX amount, so you only have to pay for XXXX." That way I would make it sound like I'm doing him a favor?

Tell him you'll need a "round trip" so that you know you won't end up stranded in a foreign place with no one to help you.
From here, it's pretty simple (if he's serious) - schedule a date, find a flight and pick one that he can purchase and save all the information for it.
Save the flight number, the price (down to the taxes etc) and all the itinerary information (look up available seats - expedia has a diagram on this.)
Pick a window seat. Go on Instagram and look up #flight, #flights, #locationyouareflyingto and save as many pictures as proof of this entire trip.
If he's sent the money for the flight - fake an itinerary, show him proof you bought it with all the necessary details that he requests and then wait.
When it comes time for you to fly? Either pull the "I'm too nervous, I don't know if I can do this." Or be smart and tell him you're on the way.
Send him pictures of the flight (tell him you bought WiFi on the plane) of the sky from your #windowseat picture from Instagram and you're good.
When you land - tell him you can't find him. Text him, show him a picture someone else took on Instagram at #Airportnamehere and say "Where are you?"
Then play the whole "I can't find you" with a couple hours later saying your mom bought a ticket for you to fly back.
Also - Flip any images horizontally that you save from Instagram to reduce the chances that he can reverse image search them.

Of course we both know you're not going to be on that flight - but he'll find comfort in knowing you are, which means he's less likely to chargeback.
An even better tip - schedule the flight a month ahead. So say a month from now. If he sent the money today, it'd be thirty days (gives him 15 days to chargeback).
This can give you a better chance of convincing him you're flying back. This entire method would take a great deal of planning/executing properly with social engineering.

Say your brother works for a flight agency and you can get a really good price on the ticket if you pay your brother.
