You need a domain and hosting. You need to find a way to get accounts to sell tho.

Review:
Overall Quality - 7/10 wish there was more features such as online account checker or mass alt adding.
Theme - 6/10 nice theme but it VERY overused and is used by all generators.
Code - 8/10 very clear and compact (have yet to find a vuln). Only thing I didn't like is the unneeded code.
Price - 5/10 mainly because he strictly only takes btc and it's a bit pricey considering it is a semi public source ( many ppl use it )
Support - So far op is fair about purchasing and I have yet to need support
What I don't like:
I don't like how op is selling the source crypted (I had to pay much more for uncrypted)
And I don't like how we won't be getting any updates.
What I like:
Easy to use admin panel (at first it's a bit confusing but I got the hang of it within 10 mins)
Overall Rating:
6.5/10
It's an okay product for the price. It needs a ton of work before I would ever think about selling my product on it. (It looks way too overused atm)
