Deal was if he junks the thread I give him a refund. I wanted it junked because no one was listening to my responses and I felt like I was getting attacked despite all of my responses. He kept responding

I refund. After that I neg him because he doesn't junk the thread. I go to the main page and see a new PM the pm said im maxed atm

I respond and say I sorry for negging didn't know you maxed. Then he doesn't reply. He then negs back and says 'you know what' opening thread.

Just because of a neg he kept the thread up. But everyones like "you didn't deserve the refund" and you closed the thread.
Then I make a scam report because you still haven't junked the thread and then we waste 4-5 days with this shit.
Then I shit on you as i'm tired of it and you junk almost instantly. (the quote above my post)
