HELP! I can't restore my default Windows 8.1 icons

Hey fellas. I recently installed a skin pack called HUD Red/HUD Blue. It must have been some weird version, since it DID change my icons and cursor and theme, but when I uninstalled it (had to do it manually since it was not in the programs list as it shoulda been), the theme icons didnt change back to the original. Can anyone help me out? Like some Icon Restore Tool, or restoring it manually. I guess it has to do smth with the Windows 8.1 icon shell cache n shit. I'd really appreciate any help. Delete icons cache by opening Command Prompt as a administrator and type taskkill /IM Explorer.exe /F command press Enter key to terminate Windows explorer. Type Del /F /Q /A %LOCALAPPDATA%\IconCache.db command press Enter key. Type Del /F /Q /A %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\*.db command press Enter key. Type Shutdown /r /t 0 command press Enter key to reboot your system.
