I was wondering how one can build own stub to use with this crypter

All of his stub used by his crypter is just 120kb ~ 180kb
The developer of this crypter on his readme.txt file claims as below

Sales stub source code,the stub is special code,
only a few lines,contain c++ code,c# code ,autoit code ,
If you know very simple programming,
You can easily make your own fud stub, even sales your stub.

I was wondering how this can be done, I will be glad if anyone suggest me a way/tut.
