So anything's allowed, such as selling items/services etc? Or do you literally have to like, make a few cents in a faucet - invest that into whatever - etc?

You can sell anything that you didn't previously have before you start the challenge. Eg, if you had an item before you started, that doesn't count, if you obtain an item because of something you did before that challenge started, that doesn't count either.

I keep telling myself to start but I always get held up and busy! I have plans to go back to my roots on how I built the money I used to kick start my businesses.

I made $300 today for getting some passwords - even though they could have with the link in my signature for $2.
It was $300NZD so far from 6 people and I don't normally charge - only doing this for the challenge.
It's around 196$ usd for those who are wondering.

I hope you send me a personal thank you for helping Xer gather some of those databases on the site in your description :)

Also - It's kind of defeating the objective of the challenge, seeing as you're using something you already had before this. If you want to legitimately go full iron man, you would have had to earn enough to pay for LS from scratch.

You're still using an already existing service you have.
Everything has to be from scratch, as if you just got onto the internet and all you have is your HF account. Only knowledge can guide you. Investments you made before the challenge don't count. Investments you make during the challenge do.
