So every weekend my mom and step dad get drunk. Tonight they were drunk and I heard my mom yelling and all I could make out of it was "Don't you ever put your hands on me again". Now shortly before that I heard a loud smack so I flipped out and ran out into the living room where they were, grabbed my step dad by his shirt and started screaming in his face telling him that he better never put his hands on my mother or i'll beat the shit out of him. Which I know was a bold faced lie since I know for a fact he could beat me. He tried to push me off of him and we ended up on the ground and we were pretty much wrestling for about what I think was maybe 5 minutes before I got him in a headlock and almost choked him until he passed out. At least when I let go of him his face was dark red. My mom in her drunk state decided to wait until then to tell me that he never hit her and that the noise was the cat knocking something off the counter and apparently they were "playfully" slapping each other. So yea I was pretty fucking pissed and to be honest I am still surprised that I was able to take on my step dad and win. I'm not a really in shape person at all and my step dad is a mechanic who has been in prison several times. So I would have thought he could handle himself. I'm really blaming it all on adrenaline and the fact that he was drunk.
I honestly think if she hadn't told me that he never hit her I probably would have been hauled away in cuffs tonight.
