Why, first of all, would he sell a website for $100,000 that he has spent about 9 years on and has easily made a lot more money then this amount from. Have you ever heard of free cash flow x 3 for the evaluation of a business? Omni's free cash flow x 3 over the 9 years would make this number look so stupid. Even if it just went on the last 2 years, he would still make your $100,000 look stupid.

I don't remember honestly. All I remember is Omni almost selling HF for 15k because the forum was hardly making any money for him monthly, but decided not to when the buyer said that he will remove ub3r and 1337 and make it blackhat only forum or something.

I am pretty sure it was a made up story from Omni to rack in donations from the gullable though. He literally wrote shit like he was about to receive the money IRL and was sitting down with the dude who was showing him 15k irl but he didn't want to sell.
